Deposit Policy:
All reservations of 3 nights or less require full payment at the time of booking request. Reservations of 4 nights or more require a deposit of 50% of all room and tax for the stay.

Cancellation Policy:
- Refunds, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be issued for reservations if canceled with our reservation office at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
-If reservations are changed or canceled within 21 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Early Checkout - Upon check in the guest assumes responsibility for full payment of all nights of the reservation. Departure prior to the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the balance of payment.
