Swine & Dine: A Celebration of Heritage Pig
Harbor View Hotel's Executive Chefs Nathan Gould and Jan Buhrman of Kitchen Porch display their expression of Heritage Pork with tastings from snout to tail. Saturday night will be the culmination of a week-long unique educational experience for chefs who have come to learn about and participate in the art of charcuterie and pork butchery.
