Specialty Yoga & Wellness Class

Saturday August 8th at 8AM

From the critically acclaimed Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires, the Harbor View Hotel & Resort is proud to welcome specialty Yoga instructor, Kimberly Rossi for an exclusive Yoga & Ayurveda session.

On the back lawn, surrounded by our beautiful gardens, Kimberly will provide a Hatha Yoga session with personalized attention to achieve the correct pose.

Following Hatha, at 10AM Kimberly is also offering another session to Increase Energy & Release Stress, focusing on the basics of Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga. This will take place in the Menemsha room.

Hatha Yoga Session - $15.00 per person

Increase Energy & Release Stress at 10AM in Menemsha room - $25.00 per person
